Crazy Fresh Coffee® Honduran Santa Rosa SHG is a naturally sweet, rich predominately chocolaty tasting coffee that is one of our all-time favorites. Our roaster’s choice is at full city roast (which we internally classify is a medium roast, but could also be called in a light or blonde roast in a light VS dark either-or option. You can so taste the natural tones of milk chocolate and caramel, with its super clean finish, as it is an extremely well-balanced coffee.

We work with 4, 5, 6th generation family farmers, sourcing only the highest quality finest tasting coffee beans which are then meticulously roasted to perfection in small batches in Michigan, while maintaining maximum freshness and flavor and delivering it to you as soon as possible

Coffee Packaging and Storage
Our Crazy Fresh Coffee® beans are packaged in air-tight, stand up, zipper bags that will only allow gasses to escape after roasting) out, while letting no air in. These bags are designed to keep our coffees fresh until way after our as our coffee lovers use the coffee. Push the air out before you re-seal the bag shut. It is also good practice to store coffee in our air-tight bag, free from light, moisture, heat and air.

Crazy Fresh® Honduran Santa Rosa coffee beans are a great light-medium roast option with a delicious, smooth, fresh, rich flavor and no bitter taste. It’s roasted at a “full city” (or medium) roast profile, which gives it the perfect balance between under and over-roasted. Keep it in our re-sealable valve bag to preserve freshness.
