Crazy Fresh Coffee® Pazzo Fresco® Super Thick Crema Espresso Whole Bean Coffee is the perfect traditional Italian style espresso. The mistaken roasting philosophy most USA roasters have is that it easy to make espresso; you just take the beans and burn them…our team at Crazy Fresh knows better. The coffees in this blend are sourced from 4, 5, 6th generation family farmers, and only highest quality, finest tasting coffee beans are used. They are then meticulously roasted to perfection in small batches in Michigan, then blended mirroring the traditional Italian roasting method (many roasters do the opposite.) You will notice the beans all roasted to different shades in every batch. This technique is then transferred into our re-sealable valve bag, allowing you to maintain the maximum freshness and flavor throughout each bag.

Coffee Packaging and Storage

Our Crazy Fresh Coffee® beans are packaged in air-tight, stand up, zipper bags that will only allow gasses to escape after roasting) out, while letting no air in. These bags are designed to keep our coffees fresh until way after our as our coffee lovers use the coffee. Push the air out before you re-seal the bag shut. It is also good practice to store coffee in our air-tight bag, free from light, moisture, heat and air.
